in USRAH CCUB 1061 me and my groupmate thus do about why our iman always been tested. On that Presentation we got a lot of positive comments and i also include about mental health issues that always be questions and related with our Iman. on that time, my usrah class still online and one of my classmates are striggling with her mental health issues but she does not know who should she reach. Alhamdulillah I can share my experience with her on how to get the medicine and so on. Islam teach us to always help and prioritise other people who are needed. my update

assalamualikum everyone, here is my update after 1 years. hehehehe. alhamdulilah now my life become better. just to update that actually for the past 2 years, i have been struggling with mental illness which is Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), PTSD, anxiety and panic attack. not to be worried, now I'm a survivor after getting medicine and meet my psychiatrist. Having a mental illness have teach me a lot that maybe I should be more greatful and appreciate myself. Allah tested us because HE knows that we can handle it. maybe Allah want me to always be near with HIM. other than that, for now I'm focusing on community work and also become MRC for Mahallah Halimah handling welfare and residential. I just hope that I can contributed a lot in the community. It is not easy to dealing with mental illness so I'm trying to not be alone and fill my free time with beneficial activites. may Allah ease everyone
